Fast Management – a whole brain approach to entrepreneurship
by mentor@luxurymarketreview.com
Managers and line executives read the environment, make decisions and take action accordingly to their specific (and often exclusive) “brain dominances”.
And the brain dominance of each can be clearly identified through the % of emphasys on preferences or efficient use of the following groups of aptitudes and talents:
Every man has each one of those talents. But no one of us have or use them exactly in the same proportion. More than 30 thousand participants of “Brain Experience Meetings” carried out with business executives and leaders around the world revealed that the most common profile of talents are the three-dominants (requiring a sum of a minimum of 3 suits to reach 75% (or more) of preferences).
The second group are the bi-dominants, requiring a sum of two suits to reach those 75%. Extremely rare are the single-dominants with 75% (or more) of he´s or her´s choices in one suit alone.
And absolutely rare are the multi-dominants, with exactly 16,66% of choices at each suit.
(Not a single specimen of the kind has been found amidst the 30 thousand involved in the Brain Experience research).
